We want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied! All of our clutch bags are made with “Real Leather” and are “Special Made to Order” for each and every individual customer, please allow time to tailor and ship.

Clutch bag orders that are “Made to Order” and are generally shipped within one (1) to two (2) weeks of having placed your order. Depending on if your clutch is in stock, it will be shipped within (3) to (5) business days. If you place your clutch order, and your selected style or color is not in stock, you will be notified of your options to choose from.

All Kick Sauces, Seasonings, and Ginger Drink orders are shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days unless on back order. If you receive your order and decide to exchange it for another item(s), the item(s) must be mailed back to us in its “Original Condition”, No exceptions, and it will be at the purchasers expense, If the item(s) are not found in its original condition then we will not accept it.

​If your item is damaged, it will qualify for an equal exchange and your request must be submitted by email to file your claim. If our customer service department deems that your claim is a valid return, then we will be glad to replace your item(s).

(All Clutches are under 2 month warranty)

  2. Send us a picture of the damaged item(s) along with a brief summary of what had happened embodied in your email.

Our customer Service team will notify you when your claim has been reviewed and processed.
